All activities at Action Choice Hub are for entertainment purposes only. No real-money gambling takes place.
Booking & Payment
Reservations are required for all table sessions and events. A booking is only confirmed once we send written confirmation.
Confirmation
All bookings require written confirmation from our team.
Payment Terms
A deposit may be required for large events and bespoke packages.
Final Invoice
Final balances are settled before or on the day of the event.
Age & Venue Rules
We maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all guests. The following rules apply to every visit.
- All guests must be 18 years or older.
- Valid photo ID is required on arrival.
- Smart casual dress code applies.
- Disruptive behaviour may result in removal.
- All play is for entertainment; no real-money wagers.
Changes & Cancellations
We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and our team.
More Than 7 Days
Full refund or free rescheduling available.
3 – 7 Days
50% refund or free rescheduling to a new date.
Less Than 48 Hours
No refund. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a fee.
Limitation of Liability
Action Choice Hub provides entertainment experiences. We are not responsible for losses, damages, or injuries outside our reasonable control.
- All play is social; no real-money winnings or losses.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
- We reserve the right to refuse service.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the booking.
